Kidneys are of bean shaped, first sized organs located below the rib cage in the back of the abdomen. It performs following functions:

  • Controls blood pressure  
  • Removes waste products  
Kidney cancer is among the 10 most common cancers in both men and women. It is very uncommon in people younger than age 45. This risk is higher in men than in women.
